1. Relaxation Membership $500 per year

• 4 nights stay: 2 on weekends & 2 on weekdays

• 4 Yoga classes at Ohana by the Sea

• 10% discount from the menu all year long

2. Rejuvenation Membership $750 per year

• 5 nights stay: 3 on weekends & 2 on weekdays

• 20% discount on rooms all year long

• 5 Yoga classes at Ohana by the Sea  

• Full Day access to the conference room

• 10% discount from the menu all year long

• 20% discount on all Mayouli’s events

• 1  Spa voucher

Rules and Regulations:

• Only members have access to this membership program

• Terms of payment: 100% upon confirmation

• The membership program is valid for one year from the date of confirmation

MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT

• Membership Fees: The Member agrees to pay the membership fee in full at the time of signing this Contract. The fee for the Membership Option selected by the Member

• Membership Benefits: The Member agrees to the terms and conditions of the Membership Option selected, which include the benefits described in the membership program.

• Membership Period: The membership period begins on the date of payment and is valid for one year from that date.

• Renewal: The Membership will not be automatically renewed for another year at the end of the membership period, unless the Member notifies Mayouli Nature Retreat in writing of their intention to renew the membership.

• Cancellation: The Member may cancel the membership at any time by providing written notice to Mayouli Nature Retreat. The membership fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

• Membership Benefits Restrictions: The Membership benefits are not transferable and may only be used by the Member who purchased the Membership. The Membership benefits may not be combined with any other offer or discount.

• Liability: The Member agrees that Mayouli Nature Retreat is not responsible for any injuries, damages or losses incurred by the Member while using the facilities or participating in any Retreat activities.

• Entire Agreement: This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Contract.

• Modification: This Contract may not be modified or amended except in writing signed by both parties.
